Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States and Mexico. Estimated delivery time for the United States is 7-14 business days from the date your order is placed. Estimated delivery time for Mexico is 8-17 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

International Orders and Customs

Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or in your shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can follow your package's progress.

 

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you may choose to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. This optional add-on helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
